Q1: How do I meet my driver?

Answer: Airport: Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal. The exact meeting location will be sent to you within your booking confirmation details. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name or company name on it.

Office/home: Your driver will be waiting for you outside of your premises a at least 15 minutes before the commencement of your booking and will not make contact unless priorly requested.

Q2: What happens in the event of running late?

Answer: Airport: We monitor the arrival time for your flight. Please make sure you meet your driver after you have landed. If you have further delays which won’t allow you to make contact, please call us immediately.

Office/home: Your driver will wait ten minutes past the booking time before contacting you for confirmation. The driver will then wait for a further ten minutes before a cancellation is issued. All cancellations incur in a full charge of the fare.

Q3: What are your refund and/or cancellation policies?

Answer: If a deposit via direct transfer has already been received and a cancellation has been made two hours or longer prior to the vehicle being dispatched, a full refund will be made to you via the original payment method. In the event of a multiple car/schedules payment been made and a cancellation been made more than two business days prior to the booking date, a full refund will be made to you via the original payment method.

Q4: Are there any extra charges?

Answer: There is an extra $10.00 surcharge for all international airport pick ups. – Any pick-up from the airport after 10:00pm incurs a $10.00 surcharge. – Most credit card and bank card providers charge a merchant fee of 5%, which is added automatically to your transaction. – For baby and booster seats a $15 surcharge applies. – There is a surcharge for all bookings for non-luxury sedans (BMW Series 7, Chrysler 300, Mercedes Benz S, GL and R Series and Viano). For customised rates on our other vehicles please contact us by phone. PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling between midnight and 5am, please contact us to arrange for a price. Special events: There is an extra surcharge for all bookings for local special events such as Grand Prix, Spring Carnival, Melbourne Cup, New Years Eve, etc. For customised rates for local events please contact us by phone. No show: If you fail to contact your driver at the agreed location, and do not contact us prior to the booking time, the driver may receive 75% of the full amount of the fare.

Q5: What cards do you accept?

Answer: We accept Cabcharge cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and all Australian Bank Cards. Please note that most credit card and bank card providers charge a merchant fee of 10%, which is added automatically to your transaction. To avoid this surcharge, we can arrange for Client Accounts, which have payments made by Direct Deposit or 30 days accounts. Contact us for more information.

Q6: What are your operating times?

Answer: 24 hours, 7 days per week including Public Holidays. Booking hours between 5:00am and 11:00pm. If urgent, clients with already existing bookings can ring outside these hours. If the answer you are looking for is not on this page, please feel free to contact us.
